Update 11/19

Hello there.

Stay tuned (if that's the appropriate way to say it) to this blog, the new Painful Leg Injuries album, If The Devil's In The Details Then How Many Details Can You Fit Upon A Match?, will be available very soon. This album is the second full-length CD-R release by the PLI on OKSRNA, and the fourth release by the label so far. It will be packaged with a DVD-R with music videos directed by Matthew Lancit, John Ibarra, Jonah Goldstein and Bill Byrne (me). To listen a sample tracks from Devil click the links below:

I Did Not Agree With The Prophets

New podcasts are up, next weekend, we will be taking off to celebrate the American Thanksgiving. The Unevenness of the Moon's Surface treats us to more time expanded skronk fests with Wire Mesh, seriously evil. El Plan De Aguavodka's Interrogation Part 5 is gorgeous crescendo that rises from a whisper to a cacaphony. The Painful Leg Injuries explore the ghosts of the future lost childhood of imagined children with Years After This Backyard's Last Laughter.

Also check out this download by our new artist, avant garde guitarist and electronic composer Marco Oppedisano. From his live performance at NYC's The Monkey on October 28th, check out Duo With Playback. Performing with Marco is keyboardist Joe Bartolozzi. It's pretty amazing, give it a listen.

We return with new podcasts on December 3rd.
