Add 2tbsp of flour and stir so that it browns lightly and evenly. Add 2-3 tbsp of chili powder (more if you like) into the pan. Gradually stir in stock and water (about 1 can each) so that there are no lumps. Add a pinch of garlic and salt to taste. Simmer, stirring constantly for about 10-15 minutes. Ground meat can be added to the chile if you like. You can also serve over a bed of Frito-Lay Fritos with shredded cheese to create the famous "Frito Pie." And really, why wouldn't you?
